ChannelBridge.ai (“ChannelBridge”) is a business-to-business content distribution platform operated by Content Engine Marketing, a Florida corporation.
This disclosure explains the limited information ChannelBridge processes when a reseller or service provider (“Partner”) creates a ChannelBridge account and displays a ChannelBridge Vendor content feed on its business website.
It is intended to help Partners understand how ChannelBridge works and provide accurate disclosures to visitors of their websites.
1. What ChannelBridge Does
ChannelBridge discovers, curates, and distributes publicly available content originally published by technology Vendors.
A Vendor may use ChannelBridge to make its published content available to authorized reseller Partners. A Partner may then place a ChannelBridge content feed on its own business website.
ChannelBridge also measures how Vendor content is distributed and used across participating Partner websites so that Vendors can evaluate the reach and effectiveness of their ChannelBridge program.
ChannelBridge is not an advertising network and does not use Partner website visitor information for targeted advertising, remarketing, consumer profiling, lead identification, or data brokerage.
2. Partner Account Information
When a Partner establishes a ChannelBridge account, ChannelBridge maintains limited information necessary to administer that account, including:
- Partner ID;
- Partner business email address, which serves as the username;
- Partner business website address;
- account creation date;
- account active/inactive status; and
- a salted, one-way cryptographic password hash.
ChannelBridge does not store Partner passwords in plaintext or in a form designed to permit recovery of the original password.
3. Information Processed When the Content Feed Is Displayed
When a visitor accesses a Partner webpage containing a ChannelBridge content feed, ChannelBridge may process limited technical and interaction information necessary to operate and measure the feed.
This may include:
- the Partner webpage URL displaying the ChannelBridge feed;
- browser/user-agent information;
- a ChannelBridge session identifier;
- Vendor articles or content displayed, viewed and clicked
- date and time information; and
- IP address information contained in standard web-server access and security logs.
This information is used to operate the ChannelBridge platform, attribute content activity to the appropriate Partner website, produce Vendor program-performance reporting, maintain system security, diagnose technical problems, and prevent malicious or abusive activity.
4. ChannelBridge Cookie
ChannelBridge uses a cookie or comparable browser-based session identifier in connection with the content feed.
The ChannelBridge identifier allows ChannelBridge to associate content interactions occurring during a visitor’s use of the feed, including determining whether Vendor articles were viewed or clicked.
The ChannelBridge cookie is used only for operation of the ChannelBridge service and ChannelBridge program-performance reporting.
ChannelBridge does not use the cookie for:
- targeted advertising;
- behavioral advertising;
- advertising remarketing;
- unrelated cross-site consumer tracking;
- creation of consumer advertising profiles;
- sale of audience information;
- matching visitors against outside consumer databases; or
- identifying an anonymous visitor by name, email address, telephone number, or other direct identity.
ChannelBridge does not provide its cookie or session identifiers to Vendors for the purpose of identifying individual website visitors.
5. IP Addresses and Security Logs
Like most internet services, ChannelBridge web servers maintain standard server access and security logs.
These logs may include IP addresses, requested resources, timestamps, user-agent information, and other standard technical information associated with a web request.
ChannelBridge uses these logs for purposes such as:
- network and application security;
- identifying malicious or abusive activity;
- investigating attempted unauthorized access;
- troubleshooting;
- automated security analysis; and
- blocking abusive IP addresses.
ChannelBridge does not provide raw visitor IP addresses to Vendors as part of ChannelBridge program reporting.
6. What ChannelBridge Does Not Intentionally Collect
The ChannelBridge content feed is not designed to request or collect direct personal information from Partner website visitors.
ChannelBridge does not intentionally collect through the content feed:
- visitor names;
- visitor email addresses;
- telephone numbers;
- postal addresses;
- account passwords;
- payment-card information;
- bank or financial-account information;
- health information;
- biometric information;
- government identification numbers; or
- geolocation information.
ChannelBridge also does not attempt to derive or discover the real-world identity of visitors from their content-feed activity.
7. Vendor Reporting
ChannelBridge provides participating Vendors with program-performance analytics relating to distribution and engagement with the Vendor’s content.
Reporting may include:
- number of participating Partner websites;
- Partner websites displaying Vendor content;
- URLs displaying the Vendor’s ChannelBridge feed;
- content distribution and Partner reach;
- backlinks to Vendor content;
- article displays or impressions;
- article views;
- article clicks;
- aggregate visitor activity; and
- relative article popularity.
ChannelBridge may break this reporting down by Partner website so that a Vendor can understand which members of its reseller network are actively displaying its content and how that content performs on each Partner website.
For example, a Vendor may see that a particular Partner website generated a specified number of article displays, views, and clicks during a reporting period.
The Vendor does not receive raw visitor IP addresses, ChannelBridge session identifiers, visitor names, visitor email addresses, or other information intended to reveal the identity of an individual website visitor.
8. No Sale or Advertising Use of Visitor Information
ChannelBridge does not sell Partner website visitor information.
ChannelBridge does not use information generated through the Partner content feed for targeted advertising, behavioral advertising, remarketing, consumer-data enrichment, audience brokerage, or unrelated commercial purposes.
Website interaction information is used only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide and operate ChannelBridge;
- distribute Vendor content;
- attribute content activity to participating Partner websites;
- measure content performance;
- provide program-performance reporting;
- secure ChannelBridge systems; and
- diagnose or prevent technical problems, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
9. Sensitive Information and Children
ChannelBridge is a business-to-business service.
The ChannelBridge content feed is not designed to collect sensitive categories of personal information.
ChannelBridge is not directed toward children and does not intentionally design its content-feed analytics to collect information from children.
10. ChannelBridge Security
ChannelBridge operates its application infrastructure privately and does not currently use third-party subprocessors to process Partner website visitor analytics.
ChannelBridge maintains security measures that include:
- HTTPS/TLS-protected communications;
- firewall-protected servers;
- restricted administrative access;
- IP-based administrative access restrictions;
- SSH key authentication;
- administrative authentication credentials;
- automated server and authentication-log monitoring;
- automated IP blocking and related security controls;
- salted one-way password hashing; and
- automated vulnerability and security updates where operationally appropriate.
11. Partner Website Responsibilities
The Partner owns and independently operates its website.
Because the ChannelBridge content feed and session technology operate within the Partner’s website, each Partner is responsible for evaluating the privacy, cookie, consent, and disclosure requirements applicable to its own website and its visitors.
Depending upon the Partner’s location, the locations of its website visitors, and applicable law, the Partner may choose to:
- identify ChannelBridge in its website privacy policy;
- disclose the use of the ChannelBridge cookie or session technology;
- describe the purposes for which the technology is used;
- include ChannelBridge within its cookie-management system; or
- obtain visitor consent before activating certain website technologies.
ChannelBridge will provide reasonable information about its content feed, cookie, and data-processing practices to help Partners maintain accurate disclosures.
12. Recommended Partner Privacy Policy Disclosure
Partners may use or adapt the following language in their own website privacy policy:

IP addresses may also appear in standard server security logs.
ChannelBridge uses this information to operate the content feed, measure the distribution and performance of Vendor content, provide aggregated program reporting, maintain system security, and prevent abuse.
ChannelBridge does not use this information for targeted advertising or remarketing and does not provide Vendors with information intended to identify individual visitors.

If a Partner receives a privacy request relating specifically to information processed by ChannelBridge, the Partner may contact ChannelBridge for reasonable assistance in evaluating and responding to that request.
15. Changes to This Disclosure
